Please, do submit a debug dump per instructions at http://www.makemkv.com/onlinehelp/dump.html as requested earlier. It's impossible to fix this error unless you submit the dump file. Thank you.

@Yokozuna

Hi!

Is your source material an original, commercial DVD?

Mike,

When are you planning to address this? I have taken the effort to produce the dump files for you however there appears to be no action by your part to resolve?

Since you are continuing to pursue this a year after your initial post, I'd again ask you:

Is your source material an original, commercial DVD?

FYI: I'm getting the same program crash using latest makemkv v1.7.7 for winx64 when trying to do "Hunt for Red October - special collectors edition UK" (GB109961SV) Barcode:5014437835536. What do you want me to send? Would an ISO help?

Have done hundreds of DVD/Bluray - first time I saw an outright Windows program crash with makemkv...

p.s. Is your source material an original, commercial DVD? YES
