I have all these errors - what do they mean

Hi I have all these errors. What do they mean? I was thinking of buying this, but there is NO email to contact the company, which i don't understand, and no phone number. Whats with that??

This looks like a bug in the program. Please indicate what program version are you using, on what OS and what kind of disc are you opening. The support email is support@makemkv.com .

Ok... 1.6.12 Windows 7 Ultimate 32bit

This error means that there is something very wrong with your DVD drive, the program fails to read even basic data. Do you experience this error regularly? Do you have any other DVD-related software installed?

Nope. No problem what so ever. In fact they are only about 4 month old drives. I use Nero 10 and no problems ever.

I've seen this problem a very few times, happening occasionally when inserting disc into newly-launched MakeMKV. This is a windows bug and the problem goes away by ejecting and loading disc again. If your problem would persist, I have an answer that I hate to give - MakeMKV is not compatible with your system.
