How to add license for a machine that only runs makemkvcon

For a server type machine with no X on it, but makemkvcon installed, how do I provide my license number?

Thanks. Between that thread and some comments elsewhere I realized I should not look at the man page online at sites I know nothing about but rather I should run

makemkvcon --help

which showed an option

makemkvcon reg KEY

Running that command appears to have solved the segfault problem in my other thread so all is good now.

Note that this command does NOT apparently create the same settings.conf file but appears to put the key somewhere else. None the less all 3 of my machines now run makemkvcon, apparently successfully.
