Funnily enough it was only recently that I realised the title is a play on words for "Queer as F**k". This whole time it never occurred to me, how embarrassing.
Some of these older shows I think you have to view in the context of the time period they were written. Back then it was more risque and niche to have a show like that. Nowdays flogging your rainbowness is pretty much the lamest thing one can do.
