Quest 3 3D filme abspielbar rippen und in der quest laden

Habe Avatar 2 3D gerippt in MKV 3D. Für abspielen im PC Perfekt !
aber wenn ich die Datei in der Quest lade und dort abspiele , ist das Bild in der länge gezogen und hackt ungemein.
Hat irgendjemand , passende Einstellungen oder ne Hilfestellung wie ich es hinbekommen könnte.
Bin offen gesagt voll Nobe..

I ripped Avatar 2 3D to MKV 3D. Perfect for playing on your PC!
But when I load the file in the quest and play it there, the image is stretched out and chops up a lot.
Does anyone have suitable settings or help on how I could get it done?
