For thoroughness, you should say what MakeMKV said the name of the key request file was, and point out that you'd forwarded that to svq@makemkv.com ...

Still does not appear to work

Saved AACS dump file as ****************
The volume key is unknown for this disc - video can't be decrypted
Failed to open disc

dump sent to svq@makemkv.com
