LG BU60NB10 (Replacement Drive)
LG BU60NB10 (Replacement Drive)
I just got a replacement drive back from LG. It's the LG BU60NB10 and is on firmware version 1.02, manufatured date of 0ctober 2022. Is it possible for me to flash it or this one of the new firmware's that make it hard to update the firmware? I currently can't use it with MakeMKV.

I don't know the specific answer to your question. However, the people on this forum who do know will likely want to see MakeMKV's info box about your drive (Both the Drive Information and the LibreDrive Information). Copy & paste that info here.strubdog wrote: ↑Fri Oct 20, 2023 11:19 pmI just got a replacement drive back from LG. Re: LG BU60NB10 (Replacement Drive)
I have the same drive and firmware, so you aren't alone. Was working months prior, yet I believe a new blu ray helped "upgrade" the firmware. I also need a libredrive option.
