I emailed the AACS dump file in a week ago and Still make mkv wont find the volume key. How do I decrypt it myself? I dont relying on others to decryt my movies, I paid for makemkv and it wont decrypt the latest movies, even after 7 days of waiting.

Are you able to retrieve the current UHD decode file? Your logs should mention it. A lot of people have had complaints recently that their systems refuse to allow them to download the file because of DNS issue, because the host is "behind Russian lines."
