I've tried ripping the main feature multiple times, but I keep getting the following errors about halfway or so through:

• Error 'OS error - The specified request is not a valid operation for the target device' occurred while reading '\Device\CdRom0' at offset '9840789504'
  Error 'Scsi error - ILLEGAL REQUEST:INVALID FIELD IN CDB' occurred while reading '/BDMV/STREAM/00483.m2ts' at offset '9840789504'

Clean the disc
Replace the disc
Clean the drive laser by taking it apart.
Replace drive with a pioneer

Just a heads up…tried ripping the unrated cut and there was an audio drop out (right after manager leaves room after seeing Megan). I ripped it twice after cleaning the disc with the same issue. Placed the disc in my ub820 and realized that it’s a branched scene. So I placed the disc back in my computer and ripped the pg-13 version without issue. Is anyone else having this issue?

Just a heads up…tried ripping the unrated cut and there was an audio drop out (right after manager leaves room after seeing Megan). I ripped it twice after cleaning the disc with the same issue. Huh, good to know. Once I get my drive issue resolved and ripped I'll give it a look.

Not sure if this is helpful at all, but I wasn't able to replicate the issue after ripping the unrated cut.
