Hello all, anyone know how someone can go about knowing whether the software is able to rip a disk after submitting the dump? I haven't seen any replies from the email I used so wasn't sure if it's an automatic process of I should expect something in return

It depends on several factors - first of which is "When the author gets the data and generates the update", and the second is "When the users' programs fetch the update."

The first depends on the author of the program. The second depends on your system. Some people's systems refuse to access the update server, because it's in a part of the world not approved of by their system.
