Multiple Titles returned from bluray, which one do i pick?

Hi,

When using MakeMKV on a bluray, sometimes it only returns one "obvious" title as the main movie. Other times I've had it returns 3. I know based on watching each of these 3 rips that some scenes of toy story 3 had pictures of words that were either in French, Spanish, or English, but all my audio was in English because that's what i selected. So without actually watching each rip, how can i tell which rip is the English version?

There's no fool proof way to determine this without watching them.

The English version is usually the first title, though.
