Back to the Future III fails with corrupt source error

So I've tried this against both the original disc, and the files that DVDFab outputs. Both give pretty much the exact same error (even the offsets are identical).

I've tried playing the disc and the image using multiple players and there doesn't seem to be any issues with the disc or image.

(This occurs on both x64 and x86 releases - tried both just to make sure.)

Pre-processing and/or ripping with programs other than MakeMKV is not acceptable for performing beta testing and bug reporting of MakeMKV (The purpose of this forum).

Please use MakeMKV to DIRECTLY rip and backup your original, commercial disc and submit its debug log...

Please try to do a full disc backup per instructions at http://www.makemkv.com/faq/item/4/catid/4 . If you get any hatcheck error then it's a bad disc. If not, then it's either a disc mastering error or bug in MakeMKV. Please do the backup first and post the result here.
