The Little Mermaid 4k disc acting weird

Using WH16NS40 V1.03
Disc making alot of noise, no dump file, see error below:

Error 'Scsi error - HARDWARE ERROR:TIMEOUT ON LOGICAL UNIT' occurred while reading 'BD-RE HL-DT-ST BD-RE WH16NS40 1.03 KL7N5PE2235' at offset '32626442240'

replace the disc
clean the drive
replace drive with a pioneer

I tried another 4k movie, rips fine. The little mermaid live remake is brand new released today. So not sure if makeMKV has the key for it yet.

it's ripping now even with that error

those are not key errors those are read errors
if it was key error it would say volume key unknown

nice site, but how to use it with makemkv?

lfoust's site lays out which 'segments' on the disc are which. If you're trying to get all the 'extras' on the disc, that can save a lot of time. If you don't care about ripping the extras, then it isn't as useful.
