Unknown volume key - Sisu (2022)

Haven't seen one of these before, but first time for everything :

Downloading latest HK to /mnt/media2/Videos ...
Saved AACS dump file as /mnt/media2/Videos/MKB20_v77_Sisu_A124.tgz
The volume key is unknown for this disc - video can't be decrypted

You need to email the dump file to svq@makemkv.com for processing. Posting it on the forum doesn't work... in part because a lot of people have posted dump files in the past, and filled the attachment storage.

Just wondering if there's an issue getting recent keys or if key people are on holiday as there seems to be quite a number being submitted including this but it still not working many days later? Great job and thanks just not sure how long to get new keys is normal these days?

One person can create the keys.

When he isn't available, they aren't generated.

When people don't submit the needed information, they aren't generated (this is rare, but happens).

When your system is blocked from contacting the key server, you can't pick up keys (this happens fairly often, but generates an error message).
