Mine from Amazon worked right out of the box. Don't know how to get that hash without it dumping a log.

think the easiest way would be to disable internet access in makemkv and cut away your privatedata.tar
try to open the disc it will make the thing.
then paste your privatedata.tar back once your done and reenable internet
