How to convert MKV to ISO

I am ripping Blu-rays to my computer using MakeMKV. I then try to use ImgBurn to convert the MKV files into a single ISO file retaining all the menus and extras

This resulting ISO file will not play on VLC or do anything

Usually I rip straight from a DVD to ISO, but I can not figure out how to rip straight from Blu-ray to ISO

I use Infrarecorder for DVD to ISO and it works. With Blu-rays it does not. I get errors ripping from Blu-ray to ISO using Infrarecorder

Rip to folder with makemkv the yellow folder on top keeps menus.
Make sure to check the decrypt box
You then can convert the bdmv folders to iso with imgburn
