Just got a flashed Asus bw-16d1ht, but every time I try to open a 4K disc I get this message in the attached pic. Please help. I have no idea what to do. I attached the info in the pic.

your issue is your dsn/firewall/isp is blocking getting keys
try changing your dns
try using a vpn

you could also try delete your privatedata.tar some have said that helps it work again

Have you actually ticked the box in MakeMKV preferences to allow internet access? This must be enabled so MakeMKV can download the UHD hashed keys.

I did. I have a free security software running tho. Could that be blocking it?

Could that be blocking it?

Quite probably. If your DNS is set to use Cloudflare, for example, it might not resolve the host that is used for keys, because it uses a "dangerous host name".

I use my own DNS, so I rarely see an issue, but a lot of people use "safe" DNS resolution services, and they might not resolve the domain.
