I've been using MakeMKV for a while, but I'm new to this forum. I am posting because I am now experiencing issues with a Pioneer drive model BDR-X13U-S that is not letting me rip UHD Blu-rays. I attempted to read posts and past threads about this issue, but it looks like this is an ongoing struggle, and I was unable to find a solid answer in what I was reading. If someone could help me with the issue, that would be great. Or at least direct me to a post with the solution. I have attached the drive specs and details below.
