"After Hours" (1985) failing AACS 🥭

I emailed the dumpfile to svq@makemkv.com midday yesterday.

MKB20_v77_AFTER_HOURS_9F14.tgz

This disc has been out for THREE DAYS! Others have already ripped their copies. What's going on with MakeMKV... AND HOW are these other people ripping them already, when I cannot? :?: :|

They're using a different tool to circumvent the disc's encryption. This is common, each tool has their own methods of decryption and receive support at different rates.

There's almost certainly nothing going on with MakeMKV or the development team. Sometimes discs get support on release day, sometimes it takes a little while. Just be patient.

That's what I figured. I did read that "after sending dumpfile it may take 12-48 hours...or longer"; I just wanted to be sure I'd sent it to the right place, in the right way, and wasn't supposed to find a thread here somewhere. :wink:

Emojis are that big, unless shrunken. The forum software doesn't include the code to shrink them, so they're shone at the full size they get downloaded as. It's irritating, but fixing it takes modifications to the forum software to recognize the image links and fix them up.

FAIL! I didn't get a "this disc cannot be read" but the resultant files are unreadable. FML :-(

I'll have to keep trying – mine downloads the latest key file, but still is unable to locate the specific key.
