Based SOLELY on the "feature list" for the film, one just has the commentary tracks included.

Do the segment maps line up between them?

I just made them both into .mkv's, but it seems both have the commentary tracks. I selected each of the options for both of the playlists':

- Titles
- Audios: DTS-HD MA Surround 5.1 (English), DD Stereo (English), DD Stereo (English)
- Sutitles: PGS (English)

The 00101.mpls file has Japanese subtitles. The 00100.mpls file does not. That, I believe, is the only difference. Unless you need Japanese subtitles, you should choose 00100.
