One episode of GoT ripped without a duration metatag which then causes windows explorer duration column to be blank.
Is there any known reason why MMKV might do this? Is there any way to tell MMKV to generate the tag?
Thanks in advance

Re: File Missing Duration
I've ripped GoT myself and I don't recall having that problem. I'd guess that it's more likely a Windows Explorer issue than with MakeMKV.
If you let me know which episode I will check again.
If you highlight the file, does Explorer display the length down at the lower edge of the window, along with the file size, dimensions, etc.?
Or if you right-click on the file and select "Properties" does it display the length in the "Details" tab?
The other thing you can try is to interrogate the file with MediaInfo?

Re: File Missing Duration
Duration is missing in mediainfo.
Im now suspecting this occurs when the rip finds a bad sector and skips it.
I notice the file seems a few bytes short. It plays, has valid metadata, but for reasons beyond me is missing duration.
Not sure this is actually whats occuring but it look probable.
