Typical release day issues.
Sent the tgz file up. Not sure if anyone is doing anything with them anymore.
I'm still waiting for results for John Wick, Chapter 4 and Time Bandits.

Strange, I am able to rip all of those titles. There was an HK drop over the weekend.

I have tried all three movies on multiple occasions since the purported HK drop.
My software is not allowing 4K HK files from coming through.
I have internet access turned on, and all the media work perfectly through other software.

I am at a loss as to what to do.

I tried removing the private_data file, rebooted my machine.
No joy.

I am grateful for having an alternative program that DOES work.
I prefer the makemkv interface, but what good does that do me if I can't get the f'ing thing to work!

Since the outage has passed & only a few are still reporting problems, it's likely NOT the program.

Have you downloaded https://makemkv.com/sdf.bin to your MakeMKV data directory (defined in Preferences > 'General' tab), & restarted MakeMKV?

Have you reviewed steps in Fixing Volume Key is Unknown? You've appear to have already tried everything above:

Have you flushed the DNS cache? There are commands unique to an OS, or you could just reboot your PC (& possibly router, depending on setup). Others have reported this sorting things.

It would appear that either flushing my DNS server and/or putting in the proxy address worked, since I can now rip Time Bandits 4K.

I have the UK version of this movie and this version also can’t be decrypted.It does seem to be taking a long time to get the codes, Maybe it’s my imagination but I wonder if something is going on in the background . If anyone knows anything please let me know
