Sing 2 3D rip flattens MVC side

I have the iso which shows proper 3d on my zidoo player. when ripping into an mkv ( doing everything correctly as usual), I have a mkv file which is tagged as 3D, recognised as 3D by zidoo, and my LG TV, but when playing the 3D is flat. so it is technically 3D but it is as if the main AVC eye is redirected to the MVC eye. or if as is the MVC delta is set to zero. very weird, first time it happened to me after hundreds of 3D blurry rips.

re-ripped again, got mkv with exactly same size, but different md5. it now works. must have been some cosmic ray or who knows. impossible to reproduce. please close.
