Download for version 1.17.4 gone

Is there a reason why version 1.17.4 is not downloadable anymore? The website was down for a few hours (forum still online) and after it is online again, the latest version is 1.17.3

https://makemkv.com/download/ seems to have 1.17.4. Are you still not seeing makemkv.com ?

The problem with the download url is that it's redirecting to itself.

I went to makemkv.info, selected the Download page and successfully grabbed the 1.17.4 macOS version.
