I have ripped the US standalone versions of Nemesis, Insurrection and First Contact with no issues. Either you have non-US versions or the box set has different discs (not likely IMHO).

I see a movie discussed in the forum, but MakeMKV won't open my disc.
There are multiple versions of UHDs for each movie (countries, retailers, rentals) and there may be multiple keys for even the same version, so it's possible that your particular disc isn't decrypted yet. Submit the dump file!

Do you have internet access enabled in the MakeMKV preferences?

Yes I did email the files.
This is the US version of the box set purchased from Amazon.

Correction I did email the files, but they were rejected by the makemkv email server because of size.
I'll try again and send them one at a time.

Ok this was on me.
Yes internet access is enabled, I did not turn it off.
But that got me thinking maybe piehole was dumping makemkv into a dns black hole and I needed to add the domain to my whitelist. It ends up makemkv didn't like the host my VPN was using. I switched the host in my VPN program, and it downloaded the latest keys.
Issue resolved because there was no issue to begin with.
Sent an email saying to ignore my dumps.
