Dolby Vision and Plex

I ripped Aquaman 4k and added to my Plex library.
Playing back with Shield TV showed 10bit HDR
Enabling Dolby Vision on the Shield changed it to 12bit HDR but not Dolby Vision.
Is this a Makemkv, Shield or a Plex issue or setting?

MakeMKV copied the file off the disk.

Playing the file with different settings, you got "different results".

Which do YOU think is the problem?
