Order processing - how long does it usually take?

I just purchased a license key. Usually, with digital product purchases, I'm used to getting an email almost immediately with the digital asset. But that hasn't happened yet. How long does it usually take to get the email with the license key?

Never mind. Just checked my spam folder and there it was. All good.

I purchased a license key on April 3rd and still haven't received the email. It's not in the spam folder. I also sent an email to support@makemkv.com but no response.
