Getting Started

Post by TylerJaacks » Thu Mar 30, 2023 9:44 pm

This is becoming overwhelming for me to decide what drive to purchase? I preferably want a drive that rip, play, and burn 4k bud, along all the other formats bd dvd cd. I would like one that I can get that just works and not one I have to buy used or flash if possible. I would like a suggestion for an external one and a 3.5 one if possible. With this requirements is this possible. Sorry if this gets asked a lot.

There are none right now that are guaranteed to not need to be flashed as all of the manufacturers have updated the firmware to block this.
If you want one that just works your best bet is to get one from a seller like me in the USA Asmcom for Europe and Marty for Australia/nz.
None of us sell used or refurbished drive all we do is open the drive flash and test it and pack it back up to ship to you.

There are no 3.5 drives only 9.5-12.7 mm or 5.25
