Error with HD-DVD (King Kong) SCSI error -NOT READY

Hello,
I am setting up my HTPC and want to move my HD-DVD collection to my HDD.
4out of my 6 HD-DVD processed fine.
On the HD-DVD KingKongI get the error message:
Error ' SCSI error - NOT READY:LOGICAL UNIT IS IN PROCESS OF BECOMING READY' occured while reading '/HVDVD_TS/FEATURE_2.EVO'

I use Win 7 x64
MakeMKV (latest version)
external HD-DVD (from XBox 360).

Same thing - physical error, probably a problem with your drive.
