Can't get MakeMKV to stop skipping Hey Arnold! titles

I am trying to rip Disc 1 of the Hey Arnold! complete series.There are 10 episodes on this disc and MakeMKV keeps skipping all of the even-numbered titles with messages about each title being equal to the one before it:
Title #04 in VTS 3 is equal to title #03 and was skipped
Title #06 in VTS 4 is equal to title #05 and was skipped
Title #08 in VTS 5 is equal to title #07 and was skipped
Title #10 in VTS 6 is equal to title #09 and was skipped
Title #12 in VTS 7 is equal to title #11 and was skipped
Note that it thinks 4 is equal to 3, 6 to 5, etc.

I did some googling and have come across people recommending Manual DVD Mode as a solution to this, but it's not working for me (or I'm not using it correctly?). I enabled Manual Mode, and checked the "Open DVD Manually" box before beginning the scan. The scan produces the following Title Information:

9: 6/1 - 4 chapter(s) 0:23:39 4 cell(s)
10: 6/2 - 4 chapter(s) 0:23:39 4 cell(s)
11: 7/1 - 4 chapter(s) 0:23:36 4 cell(s)
12: 7/2 - 4 chapter(s) 0:23:36 4 cell(s)
I then entered the following string to describe the titles I want to open:
3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12
However, all of the even number titles are still being skipped. I added debug logging and this is the output:

What happens if you try opening a single episode when using manual mode?

Also, MakeMKV has multiple DVD opening modes. Sometimes switching to a different opening mode helps.

I had this before also. Try manual mode and do one title at a time.

If that doesn't work it could be the disc, I spent hours trying to figure out why this was happening to two discs in a season. Bought newer copies and it worked on them...
