AANybody having a harrd time making remuxes play ATMOS

Whether straight outta makeMKV or if processed through Handbrake - I can't seem to make my 4K/BD rips play ATMOS through my 4k QLED by Samsung.

Which is interesting considering that the samsung plays atmos through a 'ATMOS demo' file, which looks very similar to a MakeMKV Remux when analysed under MakeMKV or handbrake.

Is there a special program required to embed ATMOS tracks, or?

This is an assumption but I think most TV's internal players play atmos via E-AC3 tracks and not THD Atmos tracks found in UHD discs.

I also have a Yamaha V6A hooked up to it so it should just send the ATMOS track to the AVR via the eARC and HDMI connection.

I don't think the TV's internal player can pass through the atmos audio either.

Did you make sure to turn on the atmos audio in the tv sound settings? You may have to do a little googling....
