problems with Kingdom of Heaven extended blu-ray

Hello,



I have the kingdom of heaven blu-ray with extended versions.



I am able to get the theatrical version backed up using makeMKV, but i am having problems with both the extended versions on the blu-ray.



while trying to backup the extended versions, the progress in makemkv will continue to grow from 1-hour to 3-hours and i've seen it go up to 17-hours. i've only let it run for about 2 hours before I cancelled it showing over 17-hours to finish.



I've made other blu-ray .mkv files and i've re-made the theatrical version several times with no problems, so I know my SSD drive, makeMKV software and my computer are working fine.

Update:
* I clean all the discs before I put them into my bluray drive
* I used other discs that worked fine after trying Kingdom of Heaven several times
* makeMkv version 1.17.2
* Windows 10 fully updated
* no known problems with any other programs
