There are difficulties with some of these DVDs, for instance Live at Massey Hall (Toronto 1971).
The same problem occurs both in MacOS and Win7. Fails to save the resulting mkv.

At a first glance it's an incorrectly mastered disc. How soon any title fails - just after you press "Make MKV" button, in the middle or at the end?

The titles always fail at the very end of the process.
