Could you bundle the MakeMKV icon in with the Linux version? This would make homebrew application launchers for the various desktops look more attractive with the familiar logo. Either a PNG or JPG is preferred if you see fit to do this.
thanks!

Re: [SOLVED] Bundle a MakeMKV icon with the Linux version?
what is the correct "xxx" to choose, in order to have the makeMKV icon when browsing Applications --> Sound and video --> MakeMKV ?It's there already. makemkv_v1.4.6_beta_oss/makemkvgui/src/img/xxx/mkv_icon.png
I have copied (with the administrator rights) the icon located in the "128" directory , to the "usr/share/icons" directory, but MakeMKV appears without any icon when I browse Applications --> Sound and video --> MakeMKV.
I have also tried with "64" and "32" with the same lack of success: it seems that correct size for the icon is 48x48/ Am i right or is it another problem such as autorization or rights ?
Thank you

You will have to edit the menu item and point it to the icon path manually.
