does anyone know what this error is for bluray disks ?

Error 'Scsi error - MEDIUM ERROR:NO SEEK COMPLETE' occurred while reading 'BD-RE MATSHITA BD-MLT UJ240AS 1.01 WH63 060880' at offset '524288'

When the drive tried to access part of the disk, it encountered an error. In particular, it would seem that it did not "see" the sector it was looking for. A disk cleaning is the most likely response.
