Error with Dirty Dancing (20th Anniversary Edition)

I am using 1.6.6 with DASPI 1.2 and I tried on a couple different systems, both with the same result:

Error 'Scsi error - MEDIUM ERROR:NO SEEK COMPLETE' occurred while reading 'BD-ROM ASUS SBC-06D1S-U A201' at offset '25024331776'
Loaded content hash table, will verify integrity of M2TS files.
Error 'Scsi error - MEDIUM ERROR:NO SEEK COMPLETE' occurred while reading '/BDMV/BACKUP/MovieObject.bdmv' at offset '0'
Backup failed

Have you cleaned the disc and examined it for scratches?

Yes, the disc was brand new, never opened but I cleaned it anyway and checked for scratches. I found none.

Then it's a problem with drive. Please try copying all files from this disc in finder.

I did as you suggested and tried to copy the disc from finder. It get's about 5mb into the copy and then just hangs, causing finder to crash. I haven't had these issues with any other disc and i've ripped ~100 with this drive alone. Any ideas?

Return the disc to the place of purchase for exchange.

I had a friend try this disc on his drive, using windows. I'm not sure what program he uses but he was able to get it to rip. Would it help if I submitted the full log for this disc from the latest version of makemkv?

Please try to do a full disc backup with MakeMKV first and see if any hashcheck errors show up.

I did as you asked and tried a full disc backup, There were no hash errors just the medium seek ones. I attached the log if want to take a look at it.

This clearly is a bad disc or drive beyond any doubt.
