127 Hours - crashes program

Trying to rip 127 Hours Blu-ray to .mkv (This also happens when I try and do a full backup)

Gets to the "Processing BD+ code" and stalls eventually returning the error message:
"Fatal error occurred, program will now exit".

I have repeated this process a few times and it always crashes on the same step.

Any ideas?
