The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly volume key unknown

I know this is an older disc, but I'm getting volume key unknown. I wonder if this is a new pressing with a different key. I emailed the dump file almost a week ago and I'm still getting the same message. Could it have been ignored if the movie is already considered decrypted?

Just adding that I am also having this issue with the 4K Kino release of The Good, The Bad and The Ugly.

It is possible that there is a new pressing with a different key. Sending in the dump file was the right thing to do. It is unlikely that your submission is being ignored. New pressings with different keys happen somewhat regularly.

It is possible that something is blocking your computer from downloading new keys.
