Candyman 4k will not rip

Hi all,

I just got the Shoutfactory Candyman release but can't seem to rip it. It errors about 80%. I have tried with two different disc. I cleaned the disc but no luck. Any ideas?

I have the exact same issue. Cleaned the disc as well.

I’ve tried three times, cleaning again each time. In all cases it gets to the same spot, 41.5GB into it, which is about 2/3rds, and then has read errors.

Someone brought up a good point. Might be a bad disc master

Update: I got a new disc from Amazon and was able to at least rip the theatrical cut. The Director's cut still doesn't but in this case. the cut just has a bit more gore and nothing else.

Just watched the R-rated version on the Oppo - did not so much as skip a beat. Flawless playback. Why won’t it rip then? Sigh.
