By the way, I just connected my external hdd to the x700 but it is not recognized. The external hdd is a usb 3.0 4TB WD hard drive. I read on Sony website that the max usb storage device size that the x700 can support is 4TB (GTP). I checked the hdd and its partition style is already GTP, so I'm not sure what's the problem here. I have another external hdd which is a usb 2.0 320GB Transcend hard drive and it is recognized immediately by the x700.

my bad. Try reducing little bit size of partition instead full 4tb, maybe could help.
