Lastest MakeMKV not working with Mac OS Monterey?

OS Monterey is not allowing the program to run - older versions of MAC OS (up to Catalina for sure) allowed you to give the OS permission to run the program. The latest OS does not do this, either cancel or delete only.

You have to open it the right way the first time. Find MakeMKV.app in the Applications folder on your Mac, then right-click (or Control-click) and choose open from the window that pops up.
