Dawn of The Planet of the Apes & Dune won't rip

I get the following error when ripping the Bluray disc for Dawn of the Planet of the Apes:

It's odd because it looks like other people on the forum have been able to rip this.
Same issue with Dune.

I am having an issue with the Dune 4k disc as well, getting the following output when trying to open. Using the latest version of MakeMKV

Depending on when you did this, the exchange of data between MakeMKV and the server didn't happen. Try it again now that the server connection should work.

At least the network seemed to work this time. The disc might be dirty. Giving it a gentle cleaning might help.

So to close out my issue, I have a Unifi based network backbone, which was geo filtering/blocking the HK downloads, once I brought that security system offline while I ran MakeMKV, the HK download succeeded and I was able to get Dune to rip successfully. Cheers!
