Trying to backup hell or high water uhd us disc. Got the message that the volume is unknown which i thought was strange since the disc was released in 2018. Sent the dump file to svq@makemkv.com on 4th April but still getting the same message.
Any ideas?

Thanks, there nothing listed there that will help though unless the key has not been produced yet which i find hard to believe. I've backed up over 100 uhd discs without problems.

Sometimes new pressings or different versions of the disc end up with different keys. In a quick search of this forum, I didn't find a post where someone mentioned they submitted a key originally, so I have no idea if your key, "0F3D", is new or not.

Good point, hopefully the key will be produced soon then as i sent the dump file on 4th April.

I can confirm the key previously worked fine on 1/18/2020. Is the UID in the General MediaInfo relevant in this instance?
