ASUS BW-16D1HT and IcyBox IB-550StU3S

Hi guys new to board was wondering would the following combination be reliable to rip 4k/blu ray discs also is the Icybox ok for drive flash

ASUS BW-16D1HT
IcyBox IB-550StU3S

If the above are not reliable what is recommended in the UK
