Foreign movie with director's comments in English

Here is the issue: I ripped "Micmacs", and the rip went fine. Then when I went to play it, I found I had the soundtrack with directors comments in English, and not the original French audio. Too distracting to watch that way. I'd rather have the French audio and read the subtitles in English, thank you.

So now I'm trying a workaround by temporarily changing the preferred language to French, and performing another rip. I'm guessing this will work. Then I'll have to change the preferred language back to English, because future rips might be American movies with available French dubs, and I wouldn't want to have to listen French dubs of an originally English movie.

This seems like a clumsy approach. Maybe it is the best there is.

Can anybody suggest any better way? Did I miss some other control?

It sounds like you simplyselected (or, more likely, DE-selected) the wrong audiostream. Single-left-click on the "Title" that represents the movie and DE-select all audiostreams EXCEPT the French one...
