Is it helpful if I submit a dump as well? Or two is sufficient...
I keep trying again, hoping it will work, but nothing so far. Does it's specific hash just need to be added to the table? I've never asked how the decrypting key is figured out.

Technically, it's as many DIFFERENT dump files is better. Each dump file has characters at the end of the name that identify different versions of the disk out in the wild, which is why it is nice if people include the name of the file they sent. The keys can change with different pressings.
