Audio / Subtitle Problems with new version

The previous version has been working fine for me. However, since the new version when I extract one of my DVD or Blu Ray discs, the subtitles do not work on the DVD or Blu Ray. Additionally, on Blu Ray discs, the audio track is always the commentary track. None of the other tracks come out.
