2021 Dune 4K UHD - Failed to Open Disc

I purchased Dune 4K UHD (USA) this week. I tried to rip it and received the following error message:
"The volume key is unknown for this disc - video can't be decrypted
Failed to open disc"

I emailed the Dump File (.tgz). Let me know if you need anything else.

Wow! That's a slower than normal turnaround. They must be swamped or this is a complex issue. Hope they get it resolved soon.

wow, submitting dumps 4 days prior to release? and lucky me, usps did nothing with my order until this morning, could be weather or probably something closer to whenever we get to it, buddy; it sat at the origin facility until this morning. I might get it thursday, NOT happy. hopefully someone already submitting bestbuy dump.
