Lost registration Key

Hi together,

I'm just asking around here, because I am quite unsure.
I lost my registration key due to pc reset without backup.
I cant find it in my Emails and even in my stored important keys etc. its nowhere to be found.
Here several guys mentioned to speek to mike via the support email.
So I send him an email and addionaly I contacted him via the 'contact us' form.
But i havent heard from him since. Does anyone knows if he is on vacation or something?
And I know i could change the system time so that its working until mike gets back at me.
But its very inconvinient, so i thought I ask directly here and hope someone can maybe give me a hint what to do.
Like, when i pay via Paypal where does the email gets send to? I am quite certain that I looked everywhere but maybe i overlooked it.

Hope someone can help me out of this mess. I just want to continue backing up my movies

If you cannot find your email, waiting for Mike to reply from support@makemkv.com is what you're left with.

You CAN use the beta key in the mean time.

I'm still waiting for a reply email myself for my lost key. To give an idea of my upgrade, my old set up was with Vista. Lots of upgrades later, my gaming PC was overhauled now with Windows 11. How long before we should hear from the admin?
