So I have this drive for about one year now, bought it from Alex. Everything is working fine. but lately it will fail every other disk with MakeMKV. However, if I complete shut down my PC, remove the power for awhile, it will work again.
Any suggestion as what I need to do to fix this?
Also, sometime, my PC can read the disk but the drive does not show up on MakeMKV. However, it will fix itself if I shut down and restart.
